Allnutt Park 3
This is an enjoyable walk through lovely leafy strips and past playing fields.
Melway Reference 68 C11 – 67 J9
Drive south down Whitmuir
Rd. and turn left into Beech St. Park at
the end of Beech St.
Walk NE parallel to Beech
St. along the windy yellow path, cross Thomas St. and walk parallel to Union
St.
Cross to the other side of
Hawthorn Rd. at the lights and walk north towards North Rd. Stop for coffee just before you
reach North Rd.
After coffee, turn left into
North Rd., then left into Elizabeth St., right at Charles St., left at Landcox
St. around the Gardenvale Primary school, and right into the Landcox Park
opposite Noel St.
Walk around the lake (on
your right), through the car park and into Sunnyside Ave. Left into Union St.,
right into Francis St., and walk around the playing areas to Milliara St., left
into Howell St., cross Hawthorn Rd. and enter Rogers Ave.
At Clinton St. turn left and
walk up to the original path beside Union St.
Turn right onto the path and
walk back to the carpark.
Picnic facilities, BBQs and
toilets are available in Allnutt Park.
