Bayside

1. Ricketts Point   (86 K7 – 86 D9)
Beach walk along Beaumaris Bay to Ricketts Point and the Ricketts Point Marine sanctuary

2. Ricketts Point Artist Trail (85 J2 – 86C8)
Beach walk along Port Philip Bay leading to Ricketts Point and the Ricketts Point marine sanctuary


3. Sandringham Submarine Walk (76G9 – 76 C3)
View remains of the First World War submarine, Green Point War Memorial and the Brighton Beach Gardens

4. Brighton Walk (67C7 – 67 C12)
Walk along Middle Brighton Beach, past the Middle Brighton Baths and the Brighton Life Saving Club.

5.
Elwood Canal Walk (67C7 - 67A2)
Beach walk to Ormond Point and along the Elwood Canals.

6. St. Kilda Walk (58A9 - 67A3
Beach walk along St. Kilda beach to Ormond Point, St. Kilda Botanical Gardens, Ackland Street and the Peanut Farm Community Garden.

7. Albert Park Lake (2K E5 – 2K B1) 
Walk along the Albert Park Lake and then a trip to South Melbourne market for dim sims.

8. Port Melbourne Gasworks Park (57A3 – 57F1)  
Gasworks Arts Park, St. Vincents Place Gardens and the portable houses on Coventry Street.

9. Beacon Cove Sandridge (57A3-56H2) 
Beach walk to Beacon Vista, which is a significant point along this walk, as it is used by the large ships to line themselves up against  Beacon Vista and Beacon tower.

10. Williamstown (56B10-56D11) 
Walk through Williamstown to see the earliest Manse (Presbytery),  the memorial Gas lamps on Lyons street and the Rotunda on the Esplanade.

Bayswater

1. Marie Wallace Bayswater Park (64B4 – 64G2)
This is a great park for kids especially fans of Thomas the Tank Engine and a coffee stop for some of the best Vanilla slice

2. Canterbury Gardens (65C2 – 65B1)
Beautiful bush walk through Bayswater ending at the Canterbury Gardens.

Blackburn

1. Wurundjeri Trail (61K5 -61F3)
The Wurundjeri Wetlands which is an attractive habitat for water birds. Another highlight of this walk is the amazing crystal display on the nature strip of the house in O'brien Crescent.

2. Blackburn Lake (48B11 – 47J10)
Walk to the picturesque and serene Blackburn Lake followed by coffee at the Gourmet Girl Café and then through the National Trust Jeffrey street.

3. Kerrimuir Suburb (47C4 – 47H6)
This walk starts near Elgar Park, where you will find the Box Hill Miniature Steam Railway, an absolute gem for families with toddlers. You will also enjoy the Bushy Creek track and an interesting experience walking alongside the Eastern Freeway.

Box Hill

1. Box Hill Golf Course (61D3 – 47J10)
Walk along the Box Hill Golf course followed by coffee at the Gourmet Girl Café.

2. Greythorn Park, Boxhill North (46G4 – 47B4)
This is a very nice walk through Greythorn Park which once was a wildlife sanctuary.
It is steep up hill and down hill in parts, so may not be suitable for everyone.

Burwood

1. Wattle Park (61A6 – 60J3)
This walk through Gardiners Creek to Wattle Park features huge gum trees, wattles, seasonal wildflowers and ponds and includes the historic Chalet set among exotic trees and sweeping lawns.

2. Ashwood Reserve (61A7 – 69F1)
This is a lovely walk through Gardiners Creek with interesting features including a hut in the gardens which replicates early Australian housing and geological specimens and posts depicting various geological periods.

BRUNSWICK EAST
1. Ceres Environment Park (30D11 - 30A5)
This is a very pleasant walk along the Merri Creek to Ceres Environment Park, and continuing to Allard Park. 
Ceres Environ Park is a not for profit  educational organisation where you can wander through the grounds and admire the nursery and market and stop for a coffee in their café.

Camberwell

1. Frog Hollow (60B3 – 45K7)
This track is the continuation of the Outer Circle Railway, also known as the  Anniversary Trail.  It is a gorgeous walk along the beautiful tree lined track, very serene and peaceful.

Chadstone

1. Urban Forest (69B2 – 69G7)
This is an interesting walk on the old Outer Circle Railway and through the suburb of Oakleigh and its surrounds with a coffee stop in the excitingly busy Eaton Mall.

Donvale

1. Tunstall Square (47K4 - 48D2 )
This is a lovely walk through the Boronia Grove Reserve and Koonung Trail, which run parallel to the Eastern Freeway.

2. Park Road (48F5 – 48J5)
The highlight of this walk is the East Link freeway and you get to experience walking along the track under this freeway.

Fairfield

1. Fairfield Boathouse (30D11 – 44F3)
The highlights of this walk are many including the Old colonist homes, Dight Falls and the Fairfield Boathouse in Yarra Bend Park

Ferntree Gully

1. Ferntree Gully (73G6 – 74F6)
This is a pleasant flat walk along Ferny Creek Reserve

Glen Iris

1. Hedgeley Dene, (59J8 -59G10)
Hedgeley Dene is a one of the most attractive and popular gardens in this area, and is set among beautiful residential gardens and period houses. As an established and well maintained combination of lawn, deciduous and broadleaf trees and an ornamental lake, Hedgeley Dene gives the impression of an English garden.

Kew

1. Kew Outer Circle Railway (45E2 – 45K7)
This is a pleasant walk along the extension of the Outer Circle Railway in Kew with an optional trip along High Street to Boorondara Cemetry, which will add an extra 1 km.

McKinnon

1. Allnutt Park (68C11 – 67J9)
This is an interesting walk along Little Brighton Reserve to view the Tara Buddhist Institute and the Brighton cemetery.

Mount Waverley

1. Valley Reserve (70G2 - 71 A7)
This is a delightful walk through the Valley Reserve park and along the Melbourne Water Retarding Basin in Mount Waverley.

Park Orchards 

1. Mullum Mullum  Creek (49A1 – 35E11)
Park Orchards is a beautiful part of Melbourne especially during Spring.

Ringwood

1. Ringwood Lake (49D7 – 49K8)
The highlights of this walk include Schwerkolt Cottage which is a historical site as it is an original pioneer's stone cottage in a garden setting adjoining beautiful Yarran Dheran bushland park.
You will also be awe-struck by the cliffs over the junction of Eastlink and the Ringwood bypass and the main attraction is of'course, the gorgeous Ringwood Lake.

 2. Burnt Bridge (49K6 – 50D3)
This is a lovely bush walk along a section of the Mullum Mullum creek in Ringwood.

3. Source of Mullum Mullum Creek (36 G12 – 50D3)
The Mullum Mullum Creek is a beautiful bush walking track and this walk starts at the point where this creek originates.

4. Mullum Mullum Creek Tunnel (49D7 – 48J5)
This is another walk along the Mullum Mullum creek bushland, but this walk also takes us through the Eastlink TunnelThe other highlight includes Schwerkolt Cottage which is an historical site as it is an original pioneer's stone cottage in a garden setting adjoining beautiful Yarran Dheran bushland park.

Templestowe

1. Petty’s Orchard (22A12 – 34F3)
This  is an interesting walk along the Yarra River and Petty's Orchard.  The orchard harvests over 200 different types of apples, pears and nuts. There are also several wetland areas throughout the orchard and an old packing shed which displays the history of Petty’s Orchard.

2. Templestowe (33D8 – 33E4)
This is a short walk crossing Ruffey Creek to Templestowe Village, but it is in a fairly hilly area, so may not be suitable for everyone. 
For an extension to this walk, consider combining this walk with the Ruffey Lake walk.

3. Ruffey Lake (33 J10 -33 E4)
This is an excellent walk along Ruffey Creek, past the Ruffey Lake to Templestowe Village

4. Finns Reserve (33B4 – 33F2)
This walk takes in several highlights. In addition to the beautiful Yarra scenery and the children's park, you will also see Odyssey House which was previously a drug rehabilitation centre, and the Mia Mia Gallery of Aboriginal Art.

5. Westerfolds Park (33F1 – 33F2)
This is a lovely walk along the Yarra River through the beautiful Westerfolds Park. You can also see the canoe launching and viewing platform under Fitzsimons Lane and enjoy Aboriginal Art at the Mia Mia Gallery

Vermont

1. Abbey Walk South (63D3 – 63A9 return)
This is a walk along the Dandenong Creek through Koomba Park.

2. Bellbird Dell (62K3 – 62K9)
This walk is through the Bellbird Dell Reserve.   It is uphill on the way back so do consider your fitness level before considering this walk.

3. Drummies Bridge Reserve (71H1 –  62K9)
This walk is along the Bushy Park Wetlands and leads to the city of Whitehorse Recycling and Waste Transfer Centre, hence we call it Mount Rubbish. You can actually climb the lookout to get a view of the surrounding area.

Wantirna


1. Abbey Walk Dandenong Creek (63D3 – 64B3)
This is a lovely undulating bush walk under the Eastlink freeway, especially along the North Bank.

2. Blind Creek (72E3 – 64A11)
This is an easy walk along Blind Creek and through the busy Knox shopping centre with a coffee stop at Knox Ozone.

3. Dorset Road (64B10 – 73K1)
This is a gorgeous flat walk from Lewis Park in Wantirna South along Blind Creek to the Tim Neville Arboretum in Ferntree Gully.

Warrandyte

1. Beasley’s Nursery (34G7 – 34F2)
The Mullum Mullum creek is the main watercourse of the Mullum Mullum Valley, a tributary of the  Yarra River and Yarra Valley. This is a gorgeous walk through part of the Mullum Mullum creek track.
